Shipping is offered within New Zealand and Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase but may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as postal service disruptions or customs processing

5. Returns and Refunds

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
